RETURNS PROCESS

 

  1. Send email to hello@stoochworld.com titled "returns" with your order number , the name of the items you want to return, and the reason why. 
  2. Return your order in original packaging and condition within 14 days of receiving the item.
  3. Upon receiving your returned package we will action your requested refund or exchange.

Stoochshop only holds 10% of all items in inventory. All other items on stoochshop are made on-demand; which means they are custom orders and can only be returned under specific cases.

The merchandise must not be worn, altered or washed. Merchandise must be returned in its original condition, and accompanied by its original tags. Merchandise returned damaged may be rejected and sent back to the customer at the discretion of stoochshop. Footwear must also be accompanied by the original shoe box in its original condition.

Please note that due to hygiene reasons, bodysuits, socks and underwear cannot be returned if removed from their original packaging.

A refund will be issued back to the original method of payment for the merchandise returned. We require up to 10 business days of receiving the merchandise at the stoochshop warehouse. Financial institutions may require additional days to process the refund before the funds are returned to the account.

Returns should be shipped with a service that provides a tracking number and insurance as we are not responsible for delayed or lost packages.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

All returned merchandise should be declared as a "Return of  Merchandise" on the customs declaration; without this the return may not be successful or may incur additional fees.
